Instructional Designer (Training)

Instructional Designer (Training) - Stevenage - £38-42,000 plus benefits

A unique opportunity has arisen with a large, well known commercial organisation at their site in Stevenage for an Instructional Designer on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Training Manager, you will be involved in the following:-

- Lead on the development of quality blended training programmes to support the learning needs of technical staff
- Talking complex processes and procedure sand breaking into learning that can be easily contextualised
- Create training resources
- Support on the development of a wider learning strategy
- Support the Training Manager in the deliver of compliance related training

It is essential that you have the following experience:-

- Previous experience of similar roles
- Knowledge of various learning theories
- Practiced building and implementing assessments
- Understanding of adult learning/curriculum/instructional design
- Experience of working in a challenging fast paced corporate environment
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
