Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global engineering firm who have an opportunity for a Reward Manager to join their London based reward team.

Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:

* Taking ownership and managing the cyclical reward activities including the salary review processes
* Managing the benchmarking process within the business
* Supporting the senior leadership team with the development of the long-term reward strategy
* Working on ad hoc reward projects throughout the year

We are looking for someone who has a strong background in compensation. You will be business facing and must be comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders.
