Your new company
You will be joining a wonderful charity who provide essential support for vulnerable service users locally. Due to additional investment in the organisation, they are able to bring on board an additional person into the HR function to support the HR Manager.

The charity head office is based in West Oxfordshire, you can work from home as often as you would like as our client is very flexible. All they ask for in return, is flexibility on your side to be available to travel to some of their regional office sites when required.

Your new role
You will support the HR Manager with the smooth running of the HR Operations. This will include; recruitment/on boarding, training & development activities, talent planning and project work as well as the employee life cycle. There are 70 employees across the business and close to 100 volunteers who the HR team look after. The HR Manager is an experienced HR leader who is really keen to develop and mentor you and as you master the basics of the role, they would like to add additional duties/projects into the mix for you to own.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a HR professional who has been working in the world of HR or Recruitment for 12 months or longer, ideally you will have your Level 3 CIPD. Given this is a small organisation and a very small HR team, its essential that you are a team player, who is willing to get stuck in and help. To ensure you can access other sites when required, you must have a full driving license.
