Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a fantastic utilities business within the Derbyshire area, who are on the look out for some support within their Recruitment/HR team.
This company are going through massive expansion and they are looking for someone who has good recruitment and systematic experience, and looking to dip their toe into the HR field!

Role responsibilities:

·Taking full ownership for the recruitment portal from position approval through to contract offers.
·Liaising with line managers directly to understand their requirements for vacancies
·Creating and organising all recruitment advertising, internally and externally
·Liaising with different departments to create job descriptions
·Preparation of interview packs
·Chasing relevant new starter checks
·Working with the business to fully utilise the training levy including coordinating directly with higher education institutions and training providers.
·Supporting HR Managers e.g. with booking occupational health meetings and sitting in on disciplinary meetings

Salary up to £26,000 DOE
We are looking for someone who can start ASAP.
