Exciting opportunity to work with a successful organisation as Community Relation Coordinator on permanent basis. You will be responsible for supporting the development of the Group Responsible Business Strategy and coordinating the relationship between external such as charities, schools, colleges and internal stakeholders.

Description

Successful Community Relation Coordinator:

  • To promote CR activities to media and stakeholders where appropriate
  • In conjunction with the HR Director, lead the implementation of the Group CR Strategy
  • To develop and promote positive relationships with schools, colleges, charities etc. within the communities in which we work
  • Engage and nurture relationships with CR partners, organisations, and communities in order to support the business strategy, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders
  • To develop the Group response to the Global Sustainable Development Goals
  • To partner with the Head of Sustainability & Urban Development to support the achievement of Carbon Neutral/Net Zero
  • To collate and produce evidence for monthly board reports
  • Develop and implement a regular programme of stakeholder meetings to discuss updates and actions

Profile

  • Must have previous experience in a CR / Reporting role within a busy office environment.
  • Should have an excellent command of Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
  • Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
  • Will have strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Must have good reporting skills including collating, recording, and analysing data
