A leading research organisation are looking for a Learning and Development Consultant to join on an FTC, to design and deliver a new leadership and management program. A recently established L&D department, mostly remote working with occasional travel into Central London.

Description

A Learning and Development Consultant to:

- Build in-house Leadership and management training programs

- Tailor a program from scratch, including identify needs, designing the content and delivering training

- Working alongside 3rd party providers when necessary

- Build material based on existing career frameworks and leadership behaviours

- Create manager tool kits

Profile

A Learning and Development Consultant with experience of:

- Creating and delivering Leadership and Management programs

- Working alongside stakeholders

- Delivering training virtually and / or face to face

- Managing an LMS
