Part Time Payroll & Benefits Coordinator £30k to £35k (FTE)

Oakleaf Partnership have been instructed to recruit for a small independent Law Firm located in the city. This role will be working 7 hours per week (28 Hours per month) to help process around 100 employee's Payroll & Benefits.

This role can be worked across a few days per week or 1 day of your choice.

The role:

  • Input data for all new hires, terminations, leave of absence, overtime, salary changes and benefits deductions.
  • Liaise with outsourced payroll provider on a day-to-day basis.
  • Complete monthly payroll reporting.
  • Upload monthly reports onto payroll system.
  • Answer staff payroll queries.
  • Assist with the filing of statutory tax and pension information such as P11D, PSA & short-term business visitors.
  • Perform Gender pay gap calculations.
