This successful and growing Swindon based manufacturer, seeks an experienced part time (25 hours per week) HR Advisor to join them, in an exciting newly created generalist role.

Supporting the HR Manager, you will assist in the provision of generalist advice to colleagues, covering all HR matters. To include; inductions, absence management, flexible working, maternity, organisational change and disciplinary.

You will also manage all recruitment into the business and support learning & development initiatives for staff.

Suitable applicants will ideally be studying towards (or keen to start) CIPD level 5 or above (full study support provided) and possess experience of working in a similarly demanding role.

You will be hands on with administration, great with systems, able to manage conflicting priorities effectively, present information clearly, concisely and in a logical manner and be flexible to meet the demands of the business. A professional demeanour, strong communication skills and a good sense of humour are all pre-requisites!

This organisation is succession planning and as a result, able to offer scope for progression if desired!
