HR and Volunteers Assistant

£ 21,913 per annum

36.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen; we are recruiting an HR and Volunteers Assistant to join our busy team. This is an interesting role in which you will provide a wide variety of administrative support to the HR team.

The HR and Volunteers Assistant will provide support to the HR team with all aspects of HR administration including recruitment processes, as well as managing the volunteering programme, maintaining the HR system, producing management and HR reports, and collating information as required.

The successful candidate will have a good all round education (including Maths and English at level 2 or above) and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills. Ideally you will have experience working in a similar position, be a good communicator and fully proficient at using Microsoft Word and Excel along with the ability to maintain databases. Most importantly you must have a keen eye for detail, understand the need for confidentiality and have a proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
