Job Details
Reporting to the newly appointed Head of Talent Acquisition, this new role will support the major transformation of the Talent Acquisition function, whilst managing various stakeholders across the business and supervising a small team.
You will drive employer branding and support on numerous projects, whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate / hiring-manager journey, significant reduction in cost and time to hire and a developed and engaged team working under you.
Successful applicants MUST have solid Inhouse recruitment exeprience, with exposure to roles at all levels of seniority, across a diverse group of business lines, coupled with strong resourcing and stakeholder engagement skills.

This role is hybrid working, with a couple of days per week in their Watford office.
