We are looking for a Reward & Benefits Analyst to join our team, where this role is responsible for implementing key bonus payment cycles and applying various pay reviews across the company businesses in an accurate and timely manner.

Description
Rewards and Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:
- Implement the key bonus and pay processes across the company
- Support Line Managers and HR Colleagues
- Be the primary contact regarding Company benefits & Reward matters
- Support and contribute to the Job Evaluation process
- Convert large volumes of data from various sources into usable summaries that will support decision making in the Rewards and Benefits process.
Profile
- Good communicator
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Numerate, accurate, and analytical
- Competant user of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience of HR Administration/Payroll Systems
- Experience working with Reward & Benefits
