HR Business Partner opportunity to join a large organisation in Southampton, Hampshire.


Were seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to aligned with a key service function and working collaboratively with managers on all aspects of people management, ER, Change and OD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing strong business relationships with managers, working alongside them to identify workforce opportunities and issues and developing the appropriate business-focused People interventions.
  • To be responsible for the delivery of efficient, high-quality Partnering to service line stakeholders
  • Building confidence in manager capability
  • Using Workforce Information to identify hotspots, trends and key areas for people management.
  • Ensure that close effective working relationships are established and maintained between the Partnering team and Business Intelligence, Workforce, Recruitment, Occupational Health, People Services, Leadership and Development and Apprenticeship teams.
  • To work with colleagues across various corporate and service teams in developing and implementing new ways of working.
  • Supporting managers with a wide range of HR practice, including complex ER case work, Employee engagement, change and transformation, championing best practice people management, influencing key workforce/people decisions to ensure the most effective deployment and development of the workforce.

Candidates
  • Were seeking experienced HR professionals - CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent),
  • Ability to deliver customer focussed HR service, with a well-developed knowledge of employment law,
  • Ability to deliver best HR practice, HR policy and procedure.
  • We are seeking individuals who are experienced in working with managers at different levels of seniority to resolve complex employee relations issues including organisation change/transformation, with an ability to exercise sound judgment in complex scenarios and apply critical reasoning when problem solving or assessing risk

This role is offered on an initial 12 months fixed term contract, Hybrid Model when offices are open.
