UK Payroll Specialist/Customer Support Representative £30k to £38k + Share options & Unlimited holiday- Remote
Oakleaf Partnership have been instructed to recruit for an exceptional start up, this role is seeking a payroll Specialist with strong customer services exposure to join the growing team.
The firm is growing at an exceptional rate (over 200% per year).
The role:
- Make sure all customers needs and requests are being serviced correctly.
- First line of support for the firm's clients, ensuring queries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Answer all questions our customer might have.
- Liaising with other departments in the firm ensuring best service is being provided.
- Provide advice using UK Payroll Knowledge.
KEY SKILLS
- 2-5 years solid UK Payroll exposure
- UK based
- Practice/ payroll Bureau experience
- Strong system exposure
- Tech savvy
- Strong communicator
- Team player
- Customer service skills
