Your new company
This well known public sector organisation based in central Birmingham are looking to bring on board a newly created role within their HR and early talent team. This role is predominantly a project based role which has been created in order to deliver talent solutions to the business across the emerging talent sector. You will be designing and delivering talent interventions to meet business needs whilst making sure new talent is attracted, retained and developed.

Your new role
For this role you will be designing talent solutions that are focused on attracting, retaining and developing talent across the organisation. You will manage talent programmes on a day to day basis whilst managing multiple projects including design and implementation of various projects. You will work on the delivery of talent initiatives ensuring delivery of KPIs. You will support employees and line managers with the talent process as well as being the point of contact for queries and escalations.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will need prior experience in managing talent programmes, dealing with emerging talent/talent management and any talent related projects. You will need experience dealing with stakeholders and managing suppliers, you will have in depth knowledge of talent including graduates, apprenticeships and talent management. Your background would be either resourcing or L&D.
