RECRUITER JOB -East Midlands
Your new company
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the attraction and selection of candidates. This will involve coordinating a high volume of applications, telephone screening, shortlisting and arranging assessment days, as well as supporting candidates through the screening processes.
- Create and manage your own pipeline of candidates - using various sources job centre, LinkedIn, job boards etc
- You will review CVs and shortlist for review
- Chase candidates to complete their online applications
- Invite candidates for interview
- Support online and offline attraction
- Supporting with the reporting and candidate pipeline
- Liaise with the HRSS teams to understand resource and demand
- Review candidate compliance
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have previous recruitment experience, ideally within an internal or recruitment agency (although not essential)
- Proven high volume workload and call handling experience
- Demonstrate experience of shortlisting CVs
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic approach
- Driven towards results
What you'll get in return
- Full time role
- Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
- Office based
