Oakleaf are proud to be partnered with a global matrixed organisation on their search for an Early Careers Executive.

In this role you will manage and execute the company Early Careers strategy in order to attract, recruit, identify, develop and retain the best technology and digital experts on the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and share market leading insight into Early Careers
  • Manage Early Career Pathways based on market skills/analysis. Handover to the partnering team to ensure this is implemented effectively
  • Creating and executing work placement opportunities for young people
  • Embed a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) focus/lens on all Early Careers initiatives
  • Establish the Early Career recruitment strategy for Tech, and review the recruitment partnerships
  • Establish External Corporate Partnerships
  • Manage and execute the Early Careers Strategy
  • Support the employer of choice strategy
  • Sharing best practice from other companies to input into the People and Policy team on opportunities
  • Ensure fair and transparent processes, with D&I at the forefront, for Internal and External Opportunities
  • Establish prominent presence at Opportunistic Career Fairs and Events to attract new talent
  • Accountable for Early Careers Fairs events, from organisation and planning to implementation
  • Establish strong relationships with local education entities and top tech universities
  • Seamless end to end Early Careers candidate care - from acquisition to appointment


What's needed:

  • Strong Talent Acquisition professional, including design and delivery as well as leading on recruitment and resource planning within a high performing organisation
  • A proven track record in delivering recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities
  • Preferable experience operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable
