HR Advisor - Part-Time
- 6 Months FTC
- 35 - 40k on a Pro Rata Basis
- Part Time Role (3 Days per week)
- Angel Office location - Hybrid working
- Immediate Start
We have a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor. This is at first a Part-Time contract role with the potential to become permanent in the future. The role is with a well-regarded Charity in the UK. Their HR team is growing and is full of hardworking colleagues who deliver a first-class service to the organisation.
The role responsibilities will include:
- Build relationships and lead on high level and complex casework and will guide less experiences members of the HR Team
- Supporting your business area through partnering, coaching, advice, and guidance.
- You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities and maximising skills development
- Advising on the Company HR policies and procedures
- Taking a leading role in training and development
- Working with relevant managers to enable them to achieve their objectives and continuously improve the performance the work areas and their teams
- Contact centre focused
The person:
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent would be an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good decision-making ability
- Experience of handling complex casework
