You will be working with an industry leader in their field. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader looking for their next challenge. You will be leading 3 teams (c20 direct reports)

Your new role
As Head of Talent you'll lead the teams to promote the business and new talent and career opportunities. In collaboration with HR Directors, you'll creatively design and deliver their annual new outreach and attraction strategy and selection process. You'll be passionate about creating a diverse talent pipeline that brings great talent into our organisation. You'll also be a natural leader and mentor as you'll manage a team of up to 20 individuals across 3 teams. The Head of Talent is responsible for leading and implementing the talent agenda for the UK & Ireland, covering talent attraction and recruitment to talent development and organisational development. You will create and implement the talent acquisition strategy as it relates to current and future needs of the business. Ensuring consistency in the delivery of recruitment activities to provide an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and candidates. This will involve knowledge sharing and collaboration with colleagues across the wider business. You will lead and implement talent acquisition activities including attraction, selection, and onboarding to ensure we build strong pipelines and deliver an outstanding experience for candidates. You will play a meaningful role as part of the senior leadership team and work with them to establish a strong Employee Value proposition recognised by candidates and current employees. You will champion the talent agenda and processes, such as onboarding, sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding. My client have invested in a new digital platform to support yourself and the teams.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience in a role managing a similar amount of people. Ideally you will come from a compliance heavy industry in order to give you a deeper understanding of the processes. You will have experience on helping to build an effective Talent function.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. Paying up to £70,000 - £80,000 + £6,000 car allowance as well as a 10 - 15% bonus.
