Recruitment Specialist

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST - FINANCE AND CORPORATE FUNCTIONS - PERMANENT - HYBRID WORKING

Our Technology Services client are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their team immediately:

• ASAP start date
• Salary: £40,000 - £65,000

Experience required:

• Proven UK/Europe in-house recruitment experience
• Previous experience recruiting across corporate functions, primarily within Finance and Human Resources

French speaking preferable but not essential

About the Role:
Our client is looking to hire an experienced individual to join their team as a Recruitment Specialist. The successful candidate will support their European operation and lead the end to end hiring process, working alongside internal stakeholders to ensure the highest quality candidate experience.

You will need to be a highly motivated recruiter with current/recent in-house experience. You will need to confidently manage a variety of senior stakeholders, ensuring top talent is always acquired.

You will be expected to join the team in filling up roles in Finance & HR across Europe. Depending on demand, you may also be expected to support other corporate functions like HR, Procurement and possibly Legal.
