Client is a well established Accountancy organisation based in Hitchin they are looking for HR Coordinator to join their growing team on permanent basis.

Description

Successful HR Coordinator:

  • Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining record and information
  • Welcomes new employees to the organisation by conducting orientation
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
  • Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analysing data
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
  • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information
  • Answers the telephone, relays messages, and maintains equipment and supplies

  • Payroll administration experience (outsourced)
  • Dealt with ER cases
