The Opportunity

A commercially focused UK charity is currently recruiting for a Head of People to join them on a 12 month FTC.

This HQ is in London. Remote working for the moment, Hybrid when restrictions allow
The salary on offer is c£70.000 to £80.000 depending on experience

The Detail

Leading business partnering and driving value adding people services this role is a key part of the People & Organisational Development Senior Leadership Team.
This will include supporting Transformation and OD activity and implementing new organisational structures

Duties

*Lead the team providing all People service delivery and support to the organisation across the employee lifecycle
*Support all case management activity
*Providing advice to senior leadership, including recommendations for action that could have an impact on strategic outcomes
*Drive continuous improvement activity and apply lean methodologies across People processes
*Lead on ER issues and relationships with recognised TU's collaborating with Head of People Strategy
*Manage relationships and performance with key vendors
*Supporting key stakeholders across the charity through BPs, influencing and guiding on strategic issues such as OD and workforce planning


Criteria

*Significant experience in a leadership position
*Experience of leading or supporting demonstrably successful, significant business transformation
*Recognised as a senior HR/People professional who can coach and develop other HR/People professionals
*Have a good understanding of the change management principles and methodologies and how to apply People policies and practices to support this
*High delivery orientated, can operate practically with pace and energy to deliver in a timely manner
*Understands strategic planning and organisational design techniques;
*UK experience essential
