Role
You will be responsible for designing, delivering and managing sales training solutions designed to increase sales productivity. This person will work in partnership with commercial leaders and functional stakeholders to create innovative and engaging training programs through a variety of formats (synchronous, asynchronous, face to face and distant training), of the multi-level, multi-modality, selling skills curriculum globally, ensuring alignment with the Sales Organization. In addition, this role will coordinate curriculum implementation to ensure a consistent and structured approach to sales training as necessary to support global/local needs.


The successful candidate
You will have Sales training/enablement including content development (instructor-led and e-Learning course design and development) and experience with a variety of content authoring tools, for example Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, My Simple Show, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Brainshark, etc gained in a complex matrix business. You will have proven training facilitation and delivery experience (in person and virtual) as well as being a hands-on individual who is solutions focused and has experience in producing e-learning, videos, audios and different training formats, plus will managing to support in all aspects of maintaining, troubleshooting and improving the (LMS). You will be able to demonstrate how you have tracked and reported on appropriate metrics and KPIs on learning effectiveness and ROI. It is essential that you can start a new role in January 2022 and be flexible to work in a hybrid manner in London as required. It is essential that you can commit to a 6 month contract duration.
