HR Business Partner

Newly created HRBP role CIPD Level 7 required Hybrid working with Leeds base


We are seeking an experienced HR Professional to work within the team and across the wider
organisation in supporting delivery of our emerging People Plan and the new Strategy.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work within the HR Operations team and will be responsible
for providing high quality, proactive strategic support to senior managers with the support of
advisory and administrative colleagues. The ideal candidate should have experience in dealing
with a wide range of complex ER issues, workforce planning and change management
programmes, within a unionised environment.

You must be MCIPD qualified and will have experience of working within a complex organisation
with an ability to work strategically, see the bigger picture and adapt to changing
circumstances. You will have a strong track record of establishing yourself as a partner to senior
stakeholders, whilst demonstrating attention to detail when dealing with sensitive and complex
casework. You should also have line management experience and be able to demonstrate your
ability to develop, motivate and direct others in the provision of a professional HR service.
