Job Details
We have a current opportunity for a ER Advisor on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Bristol on Hybrid model - 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
The ER Advisor is accountable for delivering the ER strategy and ensuring a pragmatic and commercial approach to the resolution of ER cases. Through the identification of ER trends they will deliver solutions to focus on an ethos of prevention to positively improve employee engagement and the ER balance score card metrics.
This role will work collaboratively with a team of HRBP's and act as a subject matter expert handling complex disputes and act as the central liaison for all legal matters whilst ensuring spend is minimised.
They will also be responsible for effective communication and upskilling of the HR team and line managers to ensure compliance with employment legislation and driving best practice standards to create an open and engaging approach to employee relations.
