ER specilaist will deal with employee relationships representatives and work in a unionised environment. The successful candidate wil have strong employement law experience as well as working on ER cases previously.
- Provide advice on employment practises and employee consultations
- Work with internal colleagues across the ER COE and the wider HR team
- Negotiate and work with trade unions
- Enable the business change
