Senior HR Manager - Leeds or London
Permanent

A Senior HR Manager role that reports to the HR Director for the function. This role will own and be responsible for the strategic partnering of this growing and transforming function. This will mean you will partner with the strategy and transformation director and partner with their direct reports and the field teams for the business. We are looking for an individual who has senior stakeholder partnering as well as change and transformation project experience. This role is key to ensuring that the environment, culture, and ways of working are set up for future success with high engaging and high performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a local people plan to enhance the sucess of the business unit
  • Provide business insight to COE's and HR services to facilitate improvement
  • Work with senior leaders to review the design of the business unit operating model so it aligns to the business unit strategic goals
  • Work with senior leaders to set out clear engagement plans


Our client is seeking a HR generalist who has worked with trade unions previously as well as proven projects experience
