This business is an independent PR consultancy who partner with many businesses, both well known and up and coming.
Description
The position of this standalone Part Time HR Manager will involve:
- Managing the HR function
- Driving the culture of the business
- Reporting to the MDs and being part of the Senior Management Team
- Generalist HR responsibilities
- HR admin including contract preparation
- Oversee recruitment
- Onboarding
- Appraisals
Profile
The ideal candidate for the position of stand alone Part Time HR Manager will:
- Enjoy working for a small, close knit team
- Be hands-on, yet strategic
- Have good rounded HR generalist experience
- Be highly personable
- Be a strong communicator
Job Offer
£50,000 Pro Rata + Package - equivalent of 2 days per week
