The position of Learning Partner will involve:
- Partnering with a diverse group of employees across the business
- The design and delivery of learning
- Leading the onboarding of new starters

- Drive the passion for learning throughout the business
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Learning Partner will:
- Be an experienced L&D professional from a Retail head office background
- Be tech savvy in order to support teams adopting new technology
- Have confidence in presenting, coaching and running workshops
- Be an engaging communicator
- Be confident in using data to guide decision making
