Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global sustainability consultancy who have an opportunity for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Supporting with the development of the Global compensation strategy
* Taking ownership of the year end processes
* Managing job evaluation, supporting with benchmarking, and submitting data for compensation surveys
* Ensuring bonus calculations are correct
* Working on projects through the year
We are looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst who has very strong Excel skills.
