A leading international firm looking a Permanent Senior Reward Partner, to join their London office and working within a small team.

Description

A Senior Reward Partner to:

- Provide technical advice on reward matters to stakeholders across HR and the business.

- Support the development, and delivery of the reward strategy - including compliance frameworks and policies.

- Lead cyclical reward projects, such as annual pay and incentive plans and benefits renewal.

- Lead development projects.

- Review of reward processes,to drive process efficiency's.

- Job structures review.

- Identify emerging themes and market intelligence for the company.

- Supporting the Group Head of Reward in drafting materials for Remuneration Committee and Annual Remuneration Support

Profile

A Senior Reward Partner with experience of:

- Operating at a senior level.

- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

- Strong attention to details.

- Developing and delivering presentations to HR and stakeholders.
