Leading Global FMCG Organisation looking for a HR Systems Lead.
Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems Lead to join a dynamic International Organisation in Bristol. You will be delivering Workday and Technology solutions to a global HR and the wider business. The purpose of the role is to provide global support of the Workday system to the business, so you will be working with multiple Senior Stakeholders to bring this all together. Good knowledge of how other organisations have used best practice to build and deploy business processes in Workday
The office is based in Bristol but there is the opportunity to work remotely with very occasional travel to the office.
Profile
- Extensive experience in broad HR Technology systems, design and configuration
- Experience supporting systems in a BAU environment on Workday or other HR Systems
- Providing system expertise on Workday in areas such as workforce administration, resourcing, compensation and benefits, learning, talent and performance
- Knowledge of system testing approaches
- Good knowledge of business process mapping
- Good knowledge of HR business processes
Job Offer
£55k + 20 % Bonus & Excellent benefit
