Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for a Talent Sourcer for an International Tech business based in Paddington.
Working within an international team, you will be partnering with the Sales and Corporate Talent Partner to source and screen talent across the UK and Europe. This is an extremely fast-growing business with 7,000 employees globally, headquartered in the US. Individuals applying need to come from a fast-growing business so that they can understand the environment and its ever-changing nature. A minimum of two years' relevant experience would be perfect, you can progress into a Talent partner in the future.
Types of roles you will be sourcing: Marketing, Account Management, Regional Sales Managers, Channel Business Models, Legal, Finance, HR and more. All roles will be sourced up to Director level.
Daily responsibility includes:
* Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting methodologies and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates across EMEA, with a focus on Poland, UK, Czech Republic and Estonia.
* Mapping technology companies across EMEA, identifying the top talent from competitors.
* Partnering with our Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify strong product talent in the market
* Sourcing passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, LinkedIn and other social media databases.
* Generating qualified candidates through direct sourcing via telephone and/or email.
* Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation within the company's CRM.
* Pre-screening potential candidates including for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
* Partnering with Recruiters, HR and Hiring Managers to fully understand requirements and to ensure a full candidate experience.
* Experience of talent sourcing across EMEA, within a software or technology business.
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Organization skills and ability to strategically build pipeline of candidates.
* Ability to conduct build and source candidate at all levels, from entry level to first level management.
* An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates.
* Must be highly articulate.
* Comfortable making numerous telephone calls, being able to build relationships over the phone.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Preference for a combination of agency and in-house experience.
