Recruitment Consultant

We have a current opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant on a contract basis. The position will be based in London with Hybrid working.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Create a resourcing strategy that delivers world class recruitment at pace, attraction through to contract production and creates a seamless candidate experience
* Lead recruitment activities as an end to end process from attraction to offer
* Review existing processes, metrics & identify bottlenecks - create plans to mitigate and address
* Agree metrics and KPIs with key stakeholders, with a sharp eye on continuous improvement
* Identify third party agencies to partner with aligned to technical specialisms and requirements
* Ensure for every hire (or cluster of hires) there is a robust up-front planning process which captures the need, sourcing plan, selection approach, clarifies roles and responsibilities in the process
* Regular reporting & tracking of recruitment activities to ensure focus is maintained, pinpointing areas which require support to accelerate speed to hire
* Create a bank of prospective candidates, identify areas for market mapping linked to demand planning
* Design compelling candidate materials/information packs to attract candidates
* Leverage existing preboarding processes & tailor to create buy in
