Our leading expert client based in Leicester are currently seeking an Internal Recruiter for an exciting new project due to a recent takeover and expansion plans.
Your new role
Our client are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join, initially on a 6 month FTC which based on results could look to become a much bigger and permanent internal recruitment role.
Recruiting predominately for IT and technical positions your role will be to contribute to the talent acquisition strategy and provide support and advise on ways to improve the current internal recruitment function and improve the talent pipeline. You will be asked to produce regular MI reporting and build credible relationships with senior stakeholders to show the benefit of the internal recruitment team and contribute to the wider HR strategy.
This is a full time position with hybrid working, 60% office, 40% home with some occasional travel required to the Milton Keynes office.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role our leading expert client are looking for experienced recruiters who have experience ideally within IT or senior technical recruitment and can evidence positive contributions to internal recruitment teams. You will need to be able to show expertise in acquiring top talent and evidence improving talent pipelines. Personality wise you will be tenacious, resilient, and work well under pressure to KPI's and targets.
