This role reports into the HR Team Leader and will provide support for the overall HR service delivery, ensuring the needs of internal customers and SLAs are met and to develop as a subject matter expert for HR and represent industry best practice.

Description

  • Providing guidance / information to employees and escalating when appropriate
  • Providing support with HR administration
  • Areas of administration will include, on boarding, off boarding and data management
  • Maintaining staff / HR database making sure all is kept up to date
  • Assist with HR projects led by the team
  • Completing regular updates for the broader HR team, and other departments as needed
  • Producing regular reports from internal systems
  • All other related HR tasks

Profile

  • HR Administration is essential
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced HR Administration role
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • A good Understanding for GDPR practices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate with MS Office and HR systems
  • CIPD qualified or studying towards CIPD
  • Experience of interpretation of data to produce meaningful reports and information
  • Stakeholder management skills demonstrating appropriate levels of gravitas and credibility
