An International Private Japanese Credit Card Company, with more than 100 million customers across the globe, operating in 23 different countries. They are looking for a diligent and ambitious HR & Admin Services Manager to join a HR Team of 5.
Your new role
In your new role you will be exposed to different HR functions, including but not limited to: ER cases, Business Development, Operations, L&D, Project Management. Some duties include: Overseeing the offer processes to ensure proper procedures are followed; support the employment approval processes and prepare employment agreements for employees in all locations,Providing management information to the business, as required to make key commercial decisions for example retention, gender, diversity turnover etc, Developing and administering policies and procedures that ensure employees are treated fairly and equitably. Take the lead of employee manual reviews and updates and Partnering with managers in the creation and implementation of annual Training and Development Plans for all employees.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will, be CIPD Qualified, have previous HR Managerial or Generalist experience, Good knowledge of HR policies and practices, experience in Banking or Financial Markets, Strong employee engagement and relations skills and ability to take leadership.
What you'll get in return
