Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a high regarded global law firm. They are currently looking for an International Benefits Manager to come and join their team.

Reporting into the Global Benefits Director your responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day management of existing local, regional and global benefit programs,
  • Maintenance of an ongoing inventory of all benefits and benefit renewals
  • Primary contact for all benefit vendors, proactively managing benefit providers, consultants and administrators
  • Supporting the Senior Manager with special projects such as provider reviews, new benefit implementations and benefit changes
  • Supporting the Senior Manager with special projects such as provider reviews, new benefit implementations and benefit changes
  • Managing the company pension scheme

We are looking for a highly experience International Benefits Manager who has experience working on an international basis.
