HR Business Partner - Fluent French

This brand-new role will provide you with excellent insight into a variety of HR services in a global sense, as you will collaborate with individuals from across the world, identifying strategic development and achieving results. Role responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for HR-related issues
• Key role in ER giving advice and support to stakeholders
• Develop onboarding and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with Managers to optimise employee performance
• HR administration
• Data analysis and trend identification

Candidate experience:

• Fluent French and knowledge of French labour law/work policies
• Comprehensive ER case experience
• Adaptable, confident and organised
• Passionate team player
