The client is a Public Sector organisation
Description
As HR Manager you will be responsible for;
- Day to day management of small HR team incorporating Recruitment, EDI and Administration
- 121s, appraisals etc
- Reporting directly into the Head of HR
- Support Head of HR on various projects, including introducing a new HR system, pay review and bench marking, wellbeing strategy etc.
- Ensuring an effective and timely HR service delivery to the organisation
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Have experience operating at Manager level, including managing a small team
- HR generalist experience
- Organised and self starter
- Ideally Public Sector/NFP experience
- Able to start within 4 weeks
- CIPD L5 minimum
Please note due to the nature of the work you will be doing, you will need to go through Security Clearance.
