6 ER Advisors (4 ER Advisors fully remote working & 2 ER Advisors North East based)

Your new company
I am delighted to be supporting one of my clients as they are undergo a busy period within their organisation; they have recently won several new contracts and are looking to recruit experienced ER Advisors to join their team on a 6 month FTC to start ASAP and 3 month FTCs to start end of February beginning of March 2022.

Your new role
Within your new role you will be part of the wider Advisory team supporting on your allocated contract. Within this role you will be allocated cases around disciplinaries, grievances and sickness; new or complex historic cases. You will manage the process from start to finish; administration duties, supporting managers, organising meetings, attending investigations meetings and hearings as well as leading on investigations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide general HR/ER advice, guidance and support to all managers
  • Manage a case load of varying employee relations cases, end to end
  • Leading and supporting on investigations

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Experience dealing with ER cases
  • CIPD qualified
  • Experience in a similar role or dealing with complex employee relations
