Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a global leader in the mining industry on their search for a Performance Optimisation Analyst.

In this role you will work as part of the performance optimisation team and support the development and implementation of the companies team based performance approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project and implementation planning
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Support with setup, design and delivery of workshops, community of practice sessions, stakeholder meetings, etc.
  • Support development of tools and materials to enable and upskill globally-dispersed and culturally diverse teams
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • Measure and report on performance for all assigned projects
  • Contribute to thought leadership materials (e.g. research content and business cases, collaborate with internal data analytics team, develop information dashboards, etc.)
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings
