Morgan Philips are working with a market leading client in the energy sector to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner paying up to £450 per day. The position will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and be based remotely with the very occasional travel to London . As part of a new team, you will be focused on providing an automated, proactive and data driven talent acquisition experience – all united under one global employer brand strategy. You will be part of an international team made up of talent acquisition, employer branding and mobility experts from across key locations – all working together to ensure business is the premier talent destination that identifies and employs people powered by purpose. Your Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner with the business to ensure we provide a customer-centric recruitment experience for both the hiring manager and candidate. By using data driven methodologies, new technology and a proactive approach, you will ensure we find the right people for the role to ensure we are able to deliver on our promise to improve the planet. You will focus on developing a local talent acquisition strategy for the UK and Ireland that aligns to their current and future talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct sourcing activities and utilize data to fill positions.
· Work with the Applicant Tracking System for recruitment processes and continually identify new improvements and ways of working to optimize the recruitment process.
· Implement and localise employer brand both internally and externally within the UK and Ireland with desired target groups.
· Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
· Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in opportunities
· Work with hiring managers in a consultative/advisor way by sharing competitive analysis, market knowledge and local talent pools to ensure the best possible hiring outcome.
· Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
· Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
The successful candidate will have the ability to partner effectively with leaders and HR colleagues to support achievement of business objectives while ensuring appropriate employment practices are maintained. You will be a team player involved in overall success of the team and will have experience working with and executing recruitment both internally and externally ideally within the Energy and Renewables sector. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems technology and employer branding (communication and activity based) is essential as is someone who is a relationship builder with good co-operation abilities.
