Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a fast paced organisation going through a period of growth. You will be joining as the first HR Manager for the organisation, helping to shape and develop the function whilst engaging with employees across the business. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Manager, the organisation is offering a generous package and hybrid working options.

Your new role
As HR Manager you will be the subject matter expert for all things HR. You will drive recruitment in the business and work with managers to succession plan for the future. You will partner with the senior leaders in the organisation to drive the people strategy in lie with business needs as well as carrying out day to day operational duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will be an experienced generalist with excellent employment law knowledge. Experience of working within a rapidly growing organisation would be an advantage and experience in working with the US would also be desirable.
