The successful Senior HR Advisor will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role within a production or manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be required on a full time, and permanent basis.

Client Details

Our client are a manufacturing organisation, and have been around for more than 60 years and specialise in in 3 specific divisions which are Plastic Sheets, Daylight Systems and Plumbing and Drainage.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, and busy HR Team acting as a true HR generalist where you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance across a range of HR Responsibilities, including performance management, ER, absence management, learning and development, disciplinaries and recruitment.

Description

The successful Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing Business Partnering Support to Line Managers
  • Managing the Recruitment Life Cycle
  • Leading Change Management and Engagement initiatives
  • Managing the on boarding and probation review process
  • Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Proactively manage absences
  • Handling disciplinary and grievance issues

Profile

The successful Senior HR Advisor will have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience within a similar role
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Experience in a fast paced manufacturing or production environment
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
