Description
The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:
* Providing support and guidance to staff across the group
* Providing administrative support with employee relations casework
* Supporting on probations, workforce data, and formal investigations
* Overseeing the recruitment cycle.
Profile
The successful HR Advisor must have:
* Worked in a HR setting within education
* Provided support on the recruitment cycle
* HR support to employee relations cases.
Job Offer
