HR Officer, circa £20-24.5k, Public Sector, In Office, Wymondham
Your new company
You new organisation sits within the public sector and is in the interest of bringing like-minded institutions together to work in partnership to deliver astounding services. They are looking for an additional HR officer to join their developed team to cover the following responsibilities.
You will be required to work full time (37 hours) within the office based in Wymondham (Government guideline dependant).
Your new role
You will work as an integral part of the HR team, providing the recruitment and administrative function for the institutions. As part of your duties, you will cover the following; managing the full recruitment cycle for a high volume of positions, producing accurate job specs, arranging and occasionally conducting interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, producing contracts, and setting new starters up on payroll, and supporting a headcount of approx. 400 members of staff with HR and payroll queries.
Additionally, you will update and maintain employee database files, carry out regular audits on data, and work with the HR manager to administer the organisations HR policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you'll have had experience within a similar position (Admin, HR, or recruitment) and you will be at a minimum CIPD level 3 qualified, (or have equivalent experience, or qualifications) and have excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Additionally, you will be able to work in a team, and autonomously, be able to maintain confidentiality, and be committed to providing the best possible service.
