Are you an HR Manager who has managed teams? Industry leader seeking a dynamic individual to head up their Shared Services Centre administration team.

Overview

This role will provide a great opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who excels in a busy environment working to tight deadlines, achieving service excellence and supporting the growth of our business through "value add" support activity.

The successful candidate will already have extensive HR administration experience in a fast paced environment. With experience of managing and getting the best from a small team through strong and supportive leadership. You will be prepared to challenge the status quo and propose alternative solutions to enhance our offering. Strong communication skills, first class data analysis and reporting to allow informed business decision making. Experience of compliance and ERP based HCM (Oracle preferred) systems would be advantageous.


Your new role
You will manage the HR Administration team on a day to day basis (5 individuals). Including approval of holidays, cover arrangements, training requirements etc. Establishing, designing and developing procedures, policies and associated documentation to ensure best practice HR Admin and workflow is established. Represent the HR Admin function at the senior meetings as required. Monitor and report on capacity and capability challenges. Act as the liaison with Payroll and Operations to understand workflow and interdependencies between departments. To manage team members overpayment process. To manage the Recruitment Referral Scheme and liaise with our internal departments. To administer starter/leaver processes including all documentation, contracts, offer letters, induction processes and exit interviews. Oversea the security vetting process for new starters and existing team members. Immigration Documentation checks including new starters and existing team members reviews. To prepare all contracts/letters for any changes to team members terms and conditions.

What you'll need to succeed
Considerable experience of Human Resources administration and managing a team. Experience of producing accurate and complex employment/contractual documentation and correspondence. Ability to provide basic advice on employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures. Experience of using HR IT Systems, HCM Oracle or similar.

Working patterns
Flexible working options available. This role will start off remote but as offices open in the coming months, the role will be hybrid.
