Job Details

A leading commercial real estate firm are looking for a Resource Manager to join their team. Based in London, you will have accountability for the proactive and efficient management of resource allocation. You will need to understand current resource, business pipeline and people performance whilst ensuring optimum talent and utilisation rates. As Resource Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating resource plans, identifying workforce gaps across specific business line
  • Leading the resource tracking and allocation across the business line and ensuring information is up to date
  • Managing headcount requirements and maintaining an accurate headcount forecast
  • Driving managers to better manage their pipeline and resource requirements
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to support and advise on resource management matters
  • Identifying and monitoring underutilisation or resourcing conflicts and working with key stakeholders to resolve in a timely manner
  • Liaising with Recruitment Manager to ensure the team meets its goals through resourcing and talent management
  • Scheduling and running weekly status meetings with key stakeholders
  • Developing, implementing, and managing the onboarding process of new joiners

As Resource Manager, you will possess:

  • Experience of resource planning and management, ideally in a large and matrix organisation
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Solid financial control and acumen
