Client Details
The client is a large construction organisation
Description
As a recruiter you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for high volume recruitment campaigns. This involves building solid relationships with stakeholders to understand vacancies and the best approach, attraction, pre-screening, interviews, offer management and on boarding.
Profile
The successful candidate will have significant recruitment experience, either in house or agency, dealing with a high number of vacancies at any one time. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, be organised and a self starter.
Ideally you will have experience recruiting blue collar roles in the past, but this is not essential.
