Job Details
* Strong technical HR experience
* Strong Diversity & Inclusion experience
* The ability to act as counsel to junior colleagues
* Resilience and the gravitas to be able to pick up challenging work and dealing with senior stakeholders.
You will be comfortable Managing and implementing a range of HR projects within your client group(s), as well as be abe to handle occasional complex ER cases. A professionally qualification is desirable. A post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable.
Profile description:
To be successful in this role you are likely to have operated at BP level for circa 4/5 years + and have exposure to the below:
· Strong technical HR experience particularly around performance management
· Experience in an EMEA or globally focused role is highly desirable
· Experience working in a business partnering capacity within a consultancy or similar fee earning environment
· Strong Diversity & Inclusion experience
The ability to act as counsel to junior colleagues
· Resilience and the gravitas to be able to pick up challenging work and dealing with senior stakeholders
· Exposure to a professional services / fee earning business environment would be highly desirable
A professionally qualification is desirable. A post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is also desirable.
